| There are no words that adequately describe how special this girl is to us. Boey was our first Border Collie that opened the door to this amazing breed. We extend our sincere thanks to Mark and Amy Hansen at RiverRun Border Collies for the opportunity to have Boey. Boey is black and white with medium brown eyes and tipped ears. She is exceptionally bright (a real 'brainiac'), very friendly, intuitive, and she holds the title of 'family clown'. Boey knows every word in the book, and believe it or not, there are a few words she knows how to spell. Boey has a ton of nicknames and answers to every one of them. She catches rain drops and snow flakes in the air, plays soccer like a pro, hunts mice and gophers better than our barn cats, and thinks snakes were put on this earth for her own fun. If Boey's best friend - - the ATV - - is outside, you will find her laying right next to it just waiting for that chance to run. Boey is always eager to learn new things and loves to show off her abilities. She has visited elementary classes to demonstrate obedience and the different kinds of tricks that dogs can learn. There is never a dull moment with Boey around. She is a 'let's go - do it all' kind of girl. Boey is truly our Princess. |
